How to create Lab Reports/Enter Lab Results for a patient

Below are the steps on How to enter Lab Results and How to create Lab Reports :


Step 1-  After creating the OP Bill and adding the Lab items, go to "Lab" -> "Lab Requests".

Step 2-  There you will be able to see all the patients for whom Bill are created by adding the Lab Items, click on "edit" for the                   patient for whom report needs to be created.

Step 3-  After entering all the details, click on "Save" option.
