Steps on how to connect for Video Consultation using Browser :

Step 1: Open the email received from the Hospital on appointment booking.

Step 2: Click on the link mentioned in the mail to start Video Consultation from laptop/desktop or through mobile phone using web browser.

Step 3: Grant the permission to microphone and camera and click on "Start Video Consultation" option 5 minutes prior to the appointment time.

Step 4: Wait for the Doctor to join from their end. After the Consultation is completed click on "Hang up" Option.

Step 5: The prescription can be viewed either from the mail or by using the DocPulse MeetMyDoctor App.
