Appointment Change History

Appointment History help you to view or track the changes made to the current appointment of the patient. 


For example, when the appointment was booked, who had booked an appointment, what time, when the appointment was changed, when the appointment was marked as arrived or completed ( Status change ) and it is also possible to view who has changed the status of the appointment ( i.e which user has changed the status of the appointment and at what time OR if the appointment is changed to a different time).

Steps to view Appointment change History:


Step 1: Go to Appointments then Click on "List View"
Step 2: Select the patient by clicking on the small box present next to SMS status.
Step 3:  click on "History" button at the bottom.
