Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available to enhance your account security. Activate it today by following these steps:
Step 1: Send an email request to support@docpulse.com to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account. Once enabled, proceed with the following steps.
Step 2: Click on the top-right menu where your name is displayed, and select the “2FA: Verify Contact” option.
Step 3: Verify your account using the valid email ID or contact number.
Step 4: From your next login onwards, you will be required to enter the OTP sent to your registered email ID or contact number after entering your login ID and password.
Step 5: Once the OTP is validated, you will be able to log in successfully.
Important Note:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification will remain valid for a day. you will be prompted to verify your identity using OTP once again the following day.
- If you login from a different device or system, you will be prompted to verify your identity using OTP once again.
