How to Postpone/Advance Appointments

This feature can be used to shift apt in bulk in case the doctor is late by a couple of hours or the doctor wants to start practice early.

Step 1:  Click on the Shift button present under the availability timings.

Step 2:  You can either select to postpone or advance in the drop-down. 

Step 3:  Specify Starting time of the appointments which need to be shifted.

Step 4:  Select the number of Days/Hours/Minutes till how long the appointment has to be shifted.

Step 5:  In the reason for shifting box, you can mention the reason for shifting of the appointments and the same will be sent to the patients via SMS.

Step 6:  Click on Start Shifting.
