Below are the steps on how to create the EMR :

Step 1: Go to "EMR" →"Manage EMR" and click on "New Record" option present at top right.

Step 2: Select the patient, select the visit type and click on "Create New Record".

Step 3: Enter the details and then go to "Summary and Print" section and click on "Save and Print Prescription" option.
