Below are the steps on how to create Reminders :


Step 1 : Go to "CRM" -> "Add Reminder" drop down.

Step 2 : Select the patient for whom you want to create the reminder.

Step 3 : Select the Reminder Type, Reminder Date and when you want reminder to be send.

Step 4 : After selecting all the details, click on "+Add" button.


Below are the steps on How to track the Reminders : 


Step 1 : Go to "CRM" -> "Reminders" drop down.

Step 2 : Apply the filters based on your requirement and you can see the reminders list.
